NEW Series : 15 Minute Meals

Hey, Hi, Hello ✨


New series alert 🚨 (( 15 Minute Meals )


Where you can expect to find wholesome, nutritious, mindful food that you can make in a jiffy! May this help you with some different takes on meals as well as to encourage you to start eating at home more because it’s fun, easy, and oh so worth it! There truly is no more excuses with these simple recipes!






Meal #1


Now, I simply never measure or count anything! I think the best cooking comes instinctively.

Essentially, use as much or as little as you want.


But this is what I did,


firstly, grab several potatoes ( the amount will depend on if you’re making just one meal or making extra for meals throughout the week. I eat a lot lol so what you see here was nearly gone in 1 sitting. But would likely last the average consumer a few days.)


Wash potatoes and cut into sections. Don’t worry about them being the same size! A little variety is perfectly fine.



Next add potatoes to pot with your desired amount of salt, pepper, and enough water to make sure they don’t stick to the bottom. Cover and cook on MED heat.

( add water as you go or they will burn and stick to pan. I end up adding about 16 oz through the entire process )


Next wash and cut mushrooms and add to already cooking pot of potatoes.


After mushrooms grab a handful of asparagus, wash, cut into likened sizes and toss in the pot also.


Mix mix mix all together, cover and cook until asparagus and potatoes are tender.


Side note : I forgot to get a plated pic but I also added chopped tomatoes to the top of the potato’s for extra yumminess!


( I LOVE garlic and onions and would normally add a bunch of them in something like this but my stomach was a little wonky that day so I opted in for a more subtle dish. But if you’re wanting more of a kick, I would suggest the above mentioned as well as some garlic / onion powder and a dash of Italian seasoning. )


Next up : A fresh summer salad.


I don’t think a salad needs much instruction lol so I’m just going to include the ingredients.



•Mixed greens 🥬

•Strawberries 🍓

•Orange 🍊

•Blueberries 🫐


And there’s an emoji for every one ! Haha don’t you just love when that happens lol.



Anyway, there it is. Super simple, extremely nutritious, and very satisfying.
